I often start with an emotion which steamed from a personal lived experience. From here I try to find ways to physically represent the emotion for my audience to live through- through using various materials, whilst finding connections to the bigger picture, for example feminism or self care. I use self portraiture and video as my initial tool trying to create movement with energetic dialogue and sensations.
